We are a family from Bulgaria and we have a family hotel at the Black sea side,in Nessebar,and it's for sale!
"Flight" hotel is in the new part of Nessebar,one of the UNESCO-cities, 100 metres away from the beach and 30 metres away from the main street of the town. It is a 6- floor new building,a mix of comfort and a good taste. There are 4 double(2 beds) and 10 triple(3 beds) rooms. Each of them has an internet connection,a cable tv,a fridge,a conditioner,a separate bathroom and wc. All of the triple rooms have terraces,and the large terraces of the last 6 floor reveal a wonderful view of the sea,Nesebar,Sunny beach,St.Vlas and Elenite.
There is also a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel was build in 2006. And we sell it with the whole furnishings. The price of the whole hotel is 990 000 euro. If it will be of your interest please contact us for more details.
